| dc.description.abstract | The marine systems are one of the most important resources with the development of Vietnam. However in recent years, the marine systems has gotten many negative impacts due to environmental pollution, especially the risks due to oil spill event as Vietnam is a quite large exploiter and importer-exporter of petroleum. To identify exactly the loss due to oil spill event, the people use the evaluation methods. These losses are important base to implement the punishment, and are the foreseeable information channel for Ministries, agencies in development project and strategy reducing loss due to oil spill event. | vi |
