Hoàn thiện môi trường kinh tế ở Việt Nam trong quá trình hội nhập WTO

Abstract

Economic environment includes macroeconomic conditions, economic policies, the Government regulations, and economic infrastruction which is the basis of national economic activities. Economic environmental improvement is an essential requirement for economic development in every country. In the process of international economic integration, especially since adhering the World Trade Organization (WTO), Vietnam has tried to harmonize it’s commitments in different areas, improve legal environment, open the market for commodities, servieces and investment, reform administration system, build and enhance market economic institutions in order to follow general requirements of WTO. In other words, Vietnamese economic environment has been improving in the context of WTO integration. However, the process of building and enhancing economic environment of Vietnam is still backward in comparison with the demand of economic reform and integration. There are several challenges caused by limitations in terms of legal institutions, economic policies, administrative management, effect of state economic management… that need to be tackled.
